These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ctrl-fit.com (the "Service") operated by CtrlFit ("we", "us", "our") — a sole proprietorship registered in India, operating from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

By accessing or placing an order on this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and pricing

All product images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing or availability error is discovered after order placement. In such cases, we issue a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS certified payment gateway). We accept:

Credit and debit cards
Netbanking
Wallets

We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. We never store or have access to your card or banking credentials.

Orders and order acceptance

Order confirmation emails indicate that we have received your order, but do not confirm acceptance. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.
We may decline orders for reasons including (but not limited to): suspected fraud, inability to ship to the address provided, or a product becoming unavailable. In all such cases we issue a full refund.

We currently ship within India only.
Free shipping on orders ₹999+.
Delivery within 3–10 business days depending on location.

Returns and refunds

Detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

14-day exchange window from delivery.
Money-back refunds only when the fault is ours (defective, damaged, wrong item).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged for exchange.

Intellectual property

All content on this Service — including the CtrlFit name and logo, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Rohit Sharma trading as CtrlFit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You may share product photos and links on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes — we appreciate it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, security, or servers.
Engage in fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks without legitimate reason.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download data from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

User content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CtrlFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
