Shipping
Where do you ship?
PAN India. We currently only ship within India. International shipping is planned — sign up on the home page to get notified when it's available.
How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days. Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) usually arrive in 3–4 days. Other cities 5–7 days.
Who delivers?
Shiprocket (which routes via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, or India Post — whichever is best for your pin code). You get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged Shiprocket's live rates (weight + distance, picked from the cheapest available courier).
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
14-day exchange-only policy. If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a return pickup.
Do you refund money?
Money-back refunds only in case of defects, damaged items, or wrong items shipped — our fault.
Who pays return shipping?
For size exchanges: customer pays.
For our errors (wrong item, damaged, defective): we pay.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@ctrl-fit.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup.
Sizing
Where do I find sizes?
Every product page has a "Size Guide" button. Sizes are in Indian measurements (chest, waist, length).
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for an oversized look (our default fit), or down if you prefer a regular fit.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and wallets — all processed via Razorpay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not yet. We're a new brand operating carefully — COD has high return rates that we can't absorb right now. This will be offered once we're settled.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes. We never see your card details. Razorpay is PCI-DSS certified and handles everything.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Email hello@ctrl-fit.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible — you'd have to use the 14-day exchange route.
