Where we ship

PAN India only. We don't ship internationally yet. Sign up on our home page to be notified when we do.

How we ship

All orders ship through Shiprocket, India's largest courier aggregator — your parcel goes via the best-fit partner (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post) for your pin code. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

Delivery time

  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–4 business days.
  • Tier 2 cities and smaller towns: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote areas: up to 10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges

  • Orders ₹999 and above: free shipping.
  • Orders below ₹999: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (Shiprocket aggregator live rates).

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. If we can't dispatch (e.g., out of stock), we notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

Cash on Delivery

We don't offer COD at the moment. All payments are prepaid via UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  1. An email from us with the AWB (tracking) number and a tracking link.
  2. SMS updates at key milestones (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered) from the assigned courier.

Failed deliveries / RTO

If the courier attempts delivery three times without success, the package is returned to us (RTO). We'll email you to either re-ship (customer pays re-shipment) or refund (we deduct the original shipping cost).
