We want you to love what you get from CtrlFit. If you don't, here's how it works.

Exchange window

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange.

What we exchange

  • Size exchange — same item, different size. Most common case.
  • Defective item — we sent you something that was damaged, stitched badly, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong item — we sent you the wrong item or the wrong size.

What we don't exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have their tags removed.
  • Items damaged after delivery (normal wear, accidental damage).
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (money back)

Money-back refunds are issued only when the fault is ours — defective items, damaged on arrival, or wrong items shipped. For all other cases, we offer exchanges or store credit.

Who pays return shipping

  • Size exchange or change of mind: customer pays return shipping (or uses a drop-off option if we offer one in your city).
  • Our mistake (defective, damaged, wrong item): we pay return shipping. We'll arrange a pickup through Shiprocket.

How to start an exchange

Email us at hello@ctrl-fit.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The size/item you want in exchange
  3. The reason
  4. A photo, if the item is defective or damaged

We respond within 24 hours and arrange the pickup.

How long refunds take

After we receive and inspect the return:

  • Store credit: instant
  • Bank refund: 5–7 business days via Razorpay back to the original payment method
